Returns & Replacements

At Maison Persia, each piece is made to order and produced specifically for each customer. For this reason, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect size selection

  • Fit preference

  • Change of mind

  • Color preference

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Orders marked as delivered by the shipping carrier

Please review all product details, size charts, and order information carefully before completing your purchase.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at contact@maisonpersia.com and include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

If approved, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost. We reserve the right to determine whether an item qualifies for replacement based on the information provided.

Delivered but Missing Packages

If tracking shows that your package has been delivered, Maison Persia is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, we recommend:

  • Checking the delivery area carefully

  • Checking with household members, neighbors, front desk, leasing office, concierge, parcel locker, or mailroom

  • Contacting the shipping carrier directly

We may assist by providing available tracking details, delivery confirmation, or carrier information, but we do not guarantee replacement or refund for orders marked as delivered by the carrier.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. Maison Persia is not responsible for packages lost, delayed, or delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

If an order is returned due to an incomplete or incorrect address, any reshipment costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

Order Changes and Cancellations

Because our products are made to order, once an order has been placed, it may enter processing quickly. We cannot guarantee changes or cancellations after an order is submitted.

If you need to request a change, please contact us as soon as possible. If production has already started, the order cannot be modified or canceled.
