Maison Persia products are made to order. This allows us to create each piece specifically for you and helps reduce overproduction.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 2 to 5 business days before shipment. During periods of high demand, launches, holidays, or promotional events, processing times may be longer.

Estimated Shipping Times

Estimated shipping times begin after processing is complete.

  • United States: 7 to 14 business days

  • Canada: 7 to 14 business days

These timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Shipping Delays

Maison Persia is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Shipping carriers

  • Weather

  • Customs clearance

  • International transit issues

  • Incorrect address information

  • High seasonal volume

  • Other events beyond our control

Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Please allow some time for tracking updates to appear after shipment.

Delivered Orders

Once a package is marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, Maison Persia considers the order fulfilled. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or missing packages that are marked as delivered.

If your tracking states delivered but you cannot locate your package, please contact the shipping carrier directly for further assistance. We may assist by sharing available delivery confirmation or carrier details when possible.

Carrier Delivery Decisions

Maison Persia is not responsible for where a carrier chooses to leave a package, including but not limited to porches, mailrooms, parcel lockers, front desks, courtyards, leasing offices, or other delivery points selected by the carrier.

Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping information is complete and accurate at checkout. Maison Persia is not responsible for delays, losses, or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.

If a package is returned to sender because of an address issue, the customer may be responsible for any reshipping cost.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For international orders, customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other destination country charges may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Separate Shipments

Some orders may ship in separate packages depending on product availability, fulfillment location, or carrier logistics.
